Terra Lago has been approved for Phase 1B of its newly planned, multigenerational neighborhood located in the heart of the Village of Indiantown (the Village).
This completes the Phase 1 approvals for the 800+ acre master-planned mixed-use development. Phase 1B includes single family homes and townhomes as well as the much anticipated 11-acre recreation area. This area includes a 5,000 square foot community center and a pool, pickleball courts, sand volleyball courts, a playground and multipurpose field, as well as additional flex fields and open green space.
The two approved phases, 1A and 1B, are connected via the main drive leading from Warfield Boulevard and are an integral piece of moving the overall development forward. As a leader in creating viable communities, The Garcia Companies’ President, Josh Kellam, continues to interact consistently with the Village community regarding the future of the neighborhood, as well as the community as a whole.
“We are committed to seeing that the residents of Terra Lago get the best available value, quality, and products. Our team is actively working to make that happen. I am both confident and proud of the effort extended by the Village and our development team. Terra Lago is an important part of our future and the future of Indiantown.”
The neighborhood has been carefully planned with maximum input from the local community. Its design includes a multi-modal network of local streets and greenways as well as an abundance of habitat preservation areas offering multiple lakes, walking paths, nature trails, parks and recreation areas.
