Rooted in more than six decades of hard work, innovation, compassion, and love established by its late founder, Edward “Eddie” S. Garcia, The Garcia Companies today announced a planned leadership transition designed to ensure continuity, stability, and long-term growth.

Garcia is pleased to announce the appointment of Tracy White as General Counsel, where she will serve as a member of the company’s leadership team and oversee all legal, compliance, and risk management functions across the organization.

The Seminole Inn, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, has recently been acquired by The Garcia Companies in a bid to return the site to its historic significance and build upon the thoughtful growth of the Village of Indiantown.

The paint is dry, and the welcome mats are placed outside the new model homes at Terra Lago, a Garcia Community, in the heart of Indiantown. A grand opening celebration, which included attendance by Governor Ron DeSantis, and a special park dedication to Eddie Garcia, was held on Friday, July 11, 2025.

The Martin County Police Athletic League (PAL) proudly announced the opening of its newest youth-focused facility in Indiantown, Florida—the Edward S. Garcia Boxing Gym - a dedicated space where young people can grow stronger in mind, body, and character.

In memory of The Garcia Companies' founder Eddie Garcia Sr. and his son Eddie Jr., we continue to support amazing cancer fighting causes. Last month, The Garcia Companies sponsored and participated in events in Florida and Virginia, both benefiting the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

The Garcia Family Foundation pledged to fully support all Warfield Elementary students and their families for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year by providing all of the necessary school supplies for each grade. This donation provided welcomed financial assistance to those families whose children attend the Pre-K – 5th grade school.
